Aquesta mesura posa fi a les limitacions extraordin\u00e0ries en les actualitzacions de rendes i les pr\u00f2rrogues for\u00e7oses, retornant el marc normatiu a la Llei d&#8217;Arrendaments Urbans (LAU). La derogaci\u00f3 del Reial decret llei que regulava diverses mesures en mat\u00e8ria d&#8217;arrendament marca un abans i un despr\u00e9s en la gesti\u00f3 dels contractes de lloguer per a aquest 2026. <\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: normal; font-family: inherit;\">Aquesta mesura no \u00e9s nom\u00e9s un canvi t\u00e8cnic, sin\u00f3 un gir que impacta directament en la seguretat jur\u00eddica tant de propietaris com d&#8217;inquilins. Comprendre l&#8217;abast real d&#8217;aquesta decisi\u00f3 \u00e9s fonamental per a qualsevol persona que tingui un contracte vigent o estigui pensant a posar un habitatge en lloguer durant els pr\u00f2xims mesos. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El primer que hem de tenir clar \u00e9s que la normativa torna a regir-se per la <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.conceptosjuridicos.com\/legislacion\/ley-arrendamientos-urbanos\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Llei d&#8217;Arrendaments Urbans (LAU)<\/a><\/strong><\/span> de manera \u00edntegra. Aix\u00f2 elimina les mesures excepcionals i ens retorna a un marc de gesti\u00f3 on la llibertat de pacte torna a ser el pilar fonamental del contracte. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Qu\u00e8 implica aix\u00f2 en la pr\u00e0ctica? La principal conseq\u00fc\u00e8ncia \u00e9s que els mecanismes de protecci\u00f3 extraordin\u00e0ria que s&#8217;havien habilitat queden sense efecte.
