Decoration.
Customers book online, so presentation is key to attracting their attention. We recommend using light colors and neutral decor.
Hygiene.
It is advisable to cover pillows, beds and sofas with covers and blankets and not leave any textile material, such as kitchen towels, etc.
Kitchen.
The kitchen should be fully equipped. Buying a capsule coffee machine is a good idea, as travelers are increasingly attentive to detail.
Facilities.
A small investment, such as installing air conditioning and/or WiFi, increases the chances of generating more bookings.
Bedrooms.
It is very important that the closets remain empty, containing only hangers, a blanket, and towels for the guests.
