90% rebate: A property in a high-demand area that you re-let at a 5% discount.
70% rebate: A property in a high-demand area that you let to young people 🧒🏽 aged between 18 and 35, or to an organisation running social housing schemes.
60% discount: If your home has been refurbished within the last 2 years. 🚧
50% rebate: In all other cases (except where your property was let before 2023, in which case the rebate will be 60%)
