All-inclusive tariff option

We find your tenant, handle the change of address and utility ownership, as well as the administrative procedures and the deposit of the security deposit with INCASOL. Plus, we’ll give you free comprehensive management of the lease for the first 3 months.

Fees: The equivalent of 50% of the receipt corresponding to one month’s rent plus the corresponding VAT, to be paid on the day of signing the lease agreement, and the amount corresponding to one month’s rent plus VAT, in a single payment or in installments and deducted from the rent collection during the first 3 months.

Comprehensive Rental Management

It includes all the services mentioned above, from the beginning until the termination of the contract.

Fees: The amount corresponding to one month’s rent plus VAT, in a single payment or in installments and deducted from the rent collection during the first 3 months, plus 10% of the rent, monthly, plus VAT, with a minimum of €40 and a maximum of €65 + VAT, during the term of the contract or its extensions or, at least, during the first 12 months, at which time the landlord may terminate this commission agreement.

What documentation do we need?

  • ID of each of the owners of the property.
  • Deed (title of ownership).
  • If the property belongs to a community, the administrator’s details and community rules.
  • Invoices for all services (to obtain contract numbers).
  • Valid insurance policy.
  • Certificate of occupancy and energy efficiency certificate; if you do not have them, we can process them for you.
