Hygiene.

It is advisable to cover pillows, beds and sofas with covers and blankets and not leave any textile material, such as kitchen towels, etc.

Kitchen.

The kitchen should be fully equipped. Buying a capsule coffee machine is a good idea, as travelers are increasingly attentive to detail.

Facilities.

A small investment, such as installing air conditioning and/or WiFi, increases the chances of generating more bookings.

Bedrooms.

It is very important that the closets remain empty, containing only hangers, a blanket, and towels for the guests.
